Job Description
Offer internal support to colleagues, assisting them with technical questions and challenges. Be able to effectively communicate and explain complex technical matters in simple layman’s terms to non-technical colleagues and clients.
Provide pre-sale support to assist in technical aspects of client proposals and presentations.
Offer after-sales support by addressing promptly client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues post-purchase, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Effective communication with suppliers in relation to above
Identify areas of opportunity for the organisation by researching appropriate solutions, alternative products and/or alternative setups.
Prepare or simplify documentation and instructions concerning in-house engineered process solutions.
Oversee and control the commissioning, operation and handover of medium voltage switchgear and low voltage switchgear panels in excess of 1000A.
Occasionally use skill set to assist other team members with assigned engineering projects. e.g. formulas in Excel, simple program scripts, mechanical jigs etc.

Must have the ability to proactively identify areas of concern and propose innovative solutions to address them. Any shortcomings should be effectively communicated with all stakeholders.

Supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering accompanied by an engineering warrant to work as an electrical engineer in conformity with the legal framework of Malta.
New graduates are welcome to apply. On the job training will be provided.
Strong commitment to meeting project deadlines to deliver results in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in Industry-Standard design software like AutoCAD and DIALux.
Basic understanding of computer networks and the ability to setup communication with equipment via TCP/IP, point-to-point serial, and industry standard busses like MODbus.
